I enjoy the internet and everything interactive media has to offer.

DAILY PROGRESSION

I have what is quite possibly one of the best jobs ever. Working as a UX Developer, I am able to build and learn the web on a daily basis. I currently work primarily with JSP, PHP, AJAX and JQUERY but am constantly trying to expand my knowledge base of front-end programming.

Prior to my current role, I got my start in SEO and PPC. Building, managing and optimizing client's search engine marketing campaigns. I also attained certification as a Certified Google Advertising Professional

I then moved on to a social media agency where I worked to plan and buy media with a Web 2.0 perspective.

EDUCATION AND LEARNING

I am a graduate of Miami University of Ohio in lovely Oxford, OH. There, I attained a B.S. degree in Marketing with a minor in Entrepreneurship. The culmination of these with a Thematic Sequence focused on Interactive Media Studies is what laid the framework for my journey.

Technology, tutorials, trying things out and learning new skills is what keeps me going.

WHEN IM NOT WORKING

When not working or surfing around the interweb, I am probably watching Pittsburgh and Miami Redhawks sports. I also enjoy ice hockey, a round of golf every now and again, playing pretty much any sport and of course, good old fashioned relaxing.
